Learning Resource Portal

Built for planning, not students.

Learning Resource Portal is a planning tool. It helps you create classroom materials — it is not a place to store or process information about individual students.

We don't ask for student personal information

You never need to enter a student’s name or personal details to use the product. Report comments are drafted with [Name] and they/their placeholders that you fill in yourself afterwards, and the generator is instructed never to invent facts about a child. When you describe a task, describe the task — not the student.

What we collect, and why

We collect only what we need to run the product: your account email, your profile (your name, school and state — used to put a header on your resources), the resources you generate, and basic usage records so we can keep the service reliable. We don’t sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate — which pages people visit, where visitors come from, and which features get used — so we can keep improving the product. This relies on cookies and similar technology. We never send Google any student information, and we never send your name or email. While you’re signed in we pass Google a random account identifier so we can tell returning visitors apart from new ones; it can’t be used to identify you personally. You can opt out for all sites with Google’s browser add-on.

AI drafts. You decide.

Everything is a draft for your professional judgement. We check what we can automatically — maths answers are independently re-solved, and curriculum alignment and marking-guide levels are reviewed by a second pass — but you remain the teacher. Always review a resource before you use it in class.
