The service
Learning Resource Portal — operated by Learning Resource Portal — generates Australian Curriculum v9–aligned teaching resources as downloadable PDFs. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Your account and plan
Plans are billed monthly (or annually where offered) in Australian dollars and include a monthly allowance that resets each billing period. Purchased illustration top-ups do not expire. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your paid period. The free trial expires automatically — no cancellation needed. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
Prices, GST and tax invoices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and, where applicable, are inclusive of GST. A tax invoice is available from your billing portal for each payment. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes take effect from your next billing period.
Refunds and your consumer rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose we described, you are entitled to a remedy — which may include a refund. Outside those guarantees, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, but if something has gone wrong please contact us at support@learningresourceportal.com.au and we will work with you in good faith.
Licence to use resources
You own broad rights to use what you generate: print, copy and share resources within your classroom and school, including on your school intranet. You may not resell generated resources or redistribute them on teacher-resource marketplaces.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful or inappropriate for a school context, don't attempt to circumvent usage limits, and don't share account credentials beyond the seats you have licensed.
AI-generated content
Resources are generated by AI with automated quality checks. As with any teaching material, please review resources before classroom use. To the extent permitted by law (and without limiting your consumer guarantees), we do not warrant that every resource is free of errors, and curriculum alignment references are provided in good faith.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law, changes and contact
